I am experienced in a wide variety of Magistrates Court hearings and trials including summary only and either way offences. I am often instructed on both a Legal Aid and a Private basis.

I am often instructed on youth matters where certificates for counsel are required due to the serious nature of the allegations, the potential sentence and he need for expertise in cross examination of vulnerable witnesses.

Not Guilty verdict in respect of my client alone in a residential burglary matter involving a number of youths. Bad Character argument successfully opposed.

Local Authority v M - Hammersmith Magistrates Court

The application to extend the Crack House Closure Order was successfully opposed having not passed the test of necessity under ASBA (2003).
